Bank of Beirut offers trade related services ranging from basic documentary letters of credit, collections and trade guarantees, to more complex trade finance arrangements.

The growth in Lebanon’s conducted export and import business, especially with the various countries in which Bank of Beirut operates in, or has extensive correspondent banking business within, has led to an increase in the Bank’s Trade Finance, allowing it to rank first in Lebanon in terms of Letters of Credit openings for six years in a row.
